RENNtech Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers with Electronic Valves
For the Mercedes-AMG W205 C63 and C63 S sedan with the M177 4.0L biturbo V8.
Construction & Sound
Handcrafted entirely in the United States from T-304 stainless steel, these RENNtech sport mufflers use 2.75-inch tubing and weigh less than the factory exhaust. RENNtech tests the system to suppress unwanted cabin resonance while producing a deep exhaust note suited to a luxury performance car.
Performance
The design reduces back pressure, improves exhaust flow and supports cylinder scavenging. RENNtech reports potential gains of up to 10 horsepower and 15 TQ. Actual results depend on the vehicle and setup.
Included Components & Installation
The muffler system incorporates exhaust valves, reuses the vehicle's original electronic actuators, and includes the required installation hardware. Its bolt-on design requires neither cutting nor welding. RENNtech estimates installation at 30–60 minutes.
