These four-piece side skirts are 100% pre-preg carbon fiber components, developed to complement the full RENNtech AMG GT R aerodynamic program. Designed, engineered, and tested in house at the RENNtech headquarters in Stuart, FL and manufactured in Germany. Created using state-of-the-art 3D CAD programs and analysis tools with multiple levels of revisions to refine the product and achieve an OEM level of quality and fitment.

Not just a simple side skirt, the RENNtech AMG GT R side skirts feature several unique design elements. The surfacing is strategically formed and shaped to improve airflow down the body side while further enhancing the AMG GT R’s dynamic and aggressive aesthetics. While these are pieces of art on their own, the side skirts functionality is fully optimized when combined with the RENNtech front canards, fender extractors, rear diffuser, and rear wing.

RENNtech AMG GT R side skirts feature a flawless fitment to the vehicles OEM rocker panels, utilizing existing factory mounting locations. No drilling or modifications to the vehicle are required.

The two-piece carbon fiber side skirts are finished in a high gloss UV protectant clear coat, matching the weave and appearance of AMG factory parts. Matte finish is available by special request and requires additional lead time.

These side skirts are designed to fit the C190 - AMG GT R and GT R Pro.

  • Prepreg is widely known as the finest process in carbon fiber manufacturing and has been used for aerospace and military applications because of its superior consistency in weight, thickness, fitment, resin, carbon layout, and overall quality.
  • The pre-impregnated (prepreg) fiber method creates stiffer, stronger laminates with controllable, predictable results and the result is a consistent, tight fiber weave which not only looks amazing, but adds strength. Other companies use a lower cost, wet-layup method which results in components of inferior, strength, appearance and overall quality.

These products can be very complex and are handcrafted utilizing the pre-preg manufacturing process, making each product truly unique. Therefore, a few minor inconsistencies and differences between parts is possible. Whether it’s a small deviation in the weave layup or slight inconsistency in the finish, this is completely normal in carbon fiber manufacturing because of the nature of the material and production process. Any parts with more noticeable areas of concern are scraped entirely and never offered to our highly discerning clientele.
