PTG W213/X290 Motorsport Cooling System

Keep intake and transmission temperatures under control on high-performance M177-powered AMG applications with the PTG W213/X290 Motorsport Cooling System, available through Zefer Performance. This complete cooling package is designed to address a major limitation of the factory cooling layout by increasing heat-exchanger capacity and adding a dedicated transmission cooling circuit.

At the center of the system is a 42mm PWR F1 main heat exchanger featuring billet aluminum end tanks. PTG states that this core provides more than 200% of the cooling capacity of the factory radiator. The package also separates transmission cooling with a dedicated 27mm PWR auxiliary cooler and a 150°F transmission-fluid thermostat, helping reduce the effect rising transmission temperatures can have on intake-air temperature.
