Upgrade the factory hot-vee exhaust manifold system with a purpose-built, equal-length design engineered for Mercedes-AMG M177 and M178 4.0-liter biturbo applications. The matched runner geometry is designed to deliver evenly spaced exhaust pulses to the turbines, support improved response, and reduce the compromises of the factory cast layout.
Manufacturer-reported testing: up to 66 hp more in the midrange, up to 60 lb-ft of additional peak torque, and full boost approximately 400-800 RPM sooner in back-to-back testing on the same vehicle and calibration. Actual results vary based on the vehicle, turbo system, tuning, fuel, supporting modifications, and test conditions.
Each set is printed and machined to order. Estimated production time is approximately four weeks. Selecting Cerakote adds approximately one to two additional weeks. Lead times are estimates and can vary.
Professional installation is required. The OEM decorative heat shield requires minor trimming for runner clearance. Cerakote-coated units use the thermal-barrier coating in place of the shield's original insulating function. Please confirm vehicle fitment and build compatibility before ordering.
