M177 Hybrid Twin Turbo Upgrade Mercedes E63s

MuchBoost E63s M177 Upgraded Turbochargers with Custom Billet Compressor Wheels and Enlarged Turbine Wheels. They are based on original KKK (BorgWarner) turbochargers, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbochargers are meant to work with Mercedes Benz E63s W213 with the M177 (612Hp) engine.

The turbo delivers a lot of extra power and makes the already mighty V8 even more powerful and breathtaking.

We have developed 3 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 850HP to 1100HP.

MuchBoost E63s 850

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated 850HP at the crank. Listo of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates, compressor, and turbine housing,
• Genuine KKK compressor housing,
• Genuine KKK bearing housing,
• Genuine KKK exhaust manifold,
• Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades,
• High-Flow 9 Blade Turbine Wheel,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost E63s 1050

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of 1100HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 850 option are the same except:

• Larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades,
• Bigger High-Flow 9 Blade Turbine Wheel.

MuchBoost E63s 1100

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of 1100HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 1100 option are the same except:

• Bigger Compressor Wheel 7+7 Blades,
• Additionally Enlarged 9 Blade Turbine Wheel

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.
