Advanced Fuel Dynamics ProFlex Commander M156 AMG Flex Fuel Kit

The ProFlex Commander is an adaptive flex-fuel system for the Mercedes-AMG M156 platform. It allows the vehicle to operate on gasoline, E85, or any blend between them without requiring a dedicated ethanol tune. The system reads ethanol content and adjusts injector control in real time.

Advanced Fuel Dynamics reports a 30-millisecond BlendSense response rate, 7–10% gains in wheel horsepower and torque on E85, and more than 30 WHP on its W204 C63 AMG testing. Actual results depend on fuel quality, vehicle condition, modifications, calibration, and testing method.

Choose Your Configuration

Injector Type: Choose Stock (Mercedes) for factory injector connectors or EV1 (Aftermarket) for compatible aftermarket EV1-style injectors. Contact Zefer Performance before ordering if you are unsure which connector your vehicle uses.

Standard Commander: Recommended for naturally aspirated, stock, or lightly modified vehicles using factory-size injectors. It provides seamless flex-fuel operation without requiring a dedicated ethanol tune.

Commander Pro: Recommended for turbocharged or supercharged applications and vehicles using larger injectors of approximately 600 cc / 60 lb/hr or greater. The Pro version provides more precise management of larger injectors and supports future fuel-system upgrades.

Fuel Sensor: The standard sensor suits most stock and mildly modified fuel systems. Advanced Fuel Dynamics also offers an E-Sense upgrade with higher flow capacity, fuel-temperature monitoring, and additional live data in the ProFlex Connect app. Contact Zefer Performance if you need the E-Sense upgrade.

Important Fuel-System Notice

Vehicles equipped with headers require upgraded fuel injectors to safely run full E85. Fuel injectors are not included with this kit. Contact Zefer Performance before ordering if your vehicle has headers, forced induction, upgraded injectors, or other fuel-system modifications.
