M157 Hybrid Turbo Upgrade Mercedes S63 AMG W221, V221, E63 AMG W212, S212, CL63AMG C216

MuchBoost M157 Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades and a High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original Garrett Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Mercedes S63 AMG W/V 221, E63 AMG W/S 212, and CL63 AMG C216 with the M157 525-571HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 171% power (375 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from +800HP to +900HP.

MuchBoost M157 +800

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated +800HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Fast spool thanks to Custom Billet Compressor Wheel,
• High-Flow 9 Balde Turbine Wheel to help reduce backpressure,
• High air-fuel ratio including high peak torque achieved at low engine speeds,
• Genuine Garrett compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett exhaust manifold,
• Genuine Garrett bearing housing,
• Original Garrett actuator,
• Precisely machined compressor and turbine housings & seal plate,
• Upgraded Journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost M157 +900

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of +900HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the +800 option are the same except:

• Enlarged 7+7 Blades Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Larger High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel.

Other significant modifications

The turbo is meant to work with +900HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets is included with the turbo!
