Applicable to ALL M159 with none to extensive heavy modifications. Hands down, the ultimate upgrade offered for the M156. Uses our Proprietary blend of material science treatment, case hardening, stress relieving and an extreme coefficient of friction improvements create the only highly overbuilt, over-engineered, corrosion resistant engineered piece to supplement M159 valvetrains.

At least three times stronger than stock in all layers from spectro-imaging, v-notch assessment, and Rockwell readings without risk of delamination. Supreme corrosion resistance, superb friction characteristics assisting with heat management, and guarantees accurate timing events. Tolerates point, shock, erosion, abrasion, blunt-force, and needle-point impact fatigue to exceed the wear requirements of the M159 engine. Replaces high risk wear components for a dummy-free install.

The coefficient of friction is lowered to sub 0.05 to 0.2. The four locking pins are passivated, cleaned, pre-polished and virtually hydrogen-free. The set highlights the exclusive side of the M159 Black Series in engineering and performance, built in bespoke quantities.
