The upgraded High-Energy Ignition Coils from Cannonball Garage address this exact issue. No longer will you need to replace plugs and potentially coils every 10k miles. These coil packs ensure a great spark and will outlast factory components meaning less frequent servicing.
These coils are compatible with OEM calibrations but can be combined and are recommended with an M-Engineering Calibration to increase dwell time and further increase energy output and spark intensity.
M-Engineering recommends replacing the spark plugs when you do this coil pack upgrade. Plugs should be gapped down to .022"NOTE: These coil packs come outfitted with spacers on the bolt for a good level and seat on the head. Depending on your McLaren model, you may need to add an additional spacer/washers or cut the bolt to shorten.
